Director & Head Coach of MS / HS Programs: Ben Ollett
Ben has coached cycling for 18 years and his athletes have won a total of 27 US National Championships at the Pro, U23, and Masters levels. He was awarded the Order of Ikkos Medal by the US Olympic Committee for coaching Georgia Gould to an Olympic Bronze Medal at the 2012 London Olympic Games. He recently coached Howard Grotts to the 2016 Rio Olympic Games.
Ben holds a BS in Exercise Physiology from Rutgers University and an MS in Sport Pedagogy from the University of Northern Colorado. He is certified as a USA Cycling Level 1 (Elite) Coach, a USA Cycling Mountain Bike and Cyclocross Skills Coach, a NSCA Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS), and a BikeFit Specialist.
Ben has raced bikes in a variety of disciplines including mountain bike, cyclocross, track, and road. He also works as a Physical Education teacher with students in grades 6-12. Prior to cycling, Ben played soccer at Rutgers University and at the semi-professional level with the North Jersey Imperials.
Director of Elementary Age Programs: Megan Ollett
Megan is an elementary school teacher with 16 years of classroom experience. She has taught children in grades one through four across a variety of educational settings. Megan has a masters degree in Elementary Education from the University of Colorado in Boulder. She loves connecting children with the outdoors and has lead many outdoor education programs.
